Lovely hotel, location fine, parking easy. Decent bar area. Only criticism is the self check in desk is a bit inefficient. Had two staff who could have done the check in, in seconds, stood there watching us fumble around. Self check in should exist for when staff aren’t around (late arrivals) or away from the mann check in desk to make more “slots available” during peak times. Having 3 computers and 2 staff telling people how to use the computers and not able to check you in on their own computer is just silly. We also had to queue to check out to get parking validated, which seems like something a computer system you had to use to pay for parking could have done during check in… didn’t ruin the stay but several of our party commented on how woefully inefficient the existing process is.

Very clean and accommodating. We arrived earlier then our check in. The staff allowed us to store our luggage.

I have stayed here previously. On my repeat visit, it did not disappoint. Lovely staff, a very clean, modern and stylish room. Good new bathroom and very comfortable bed. I will stay again.

The six of us had dinner at the restaurant last night and we had to wait 1.5 hours to receive our food order.Staff was very unfriendly. Five of us had burgers and one had chicken lollipops and all of us had very upset stomachs all night and two had diarrhea. Would never recommend that restaurant.we had higher expectations for such a beautiful restaurant.
